- Good knowledge of the Luxury and/or Retail sector. Skilled in at least one DAM tool (AEM, Opentext, Celum, CLX…) or PIM / MDM tool (TXT, Tibco, Informatica…). Proven successful experience within a consulting firm or within an IT Services company.
Job & missions
You will work directly on our clients’ premises, supported by a Manager and alongside Adone project teams on PIM, DAM, MDM or new feature implementation projects as an assistant project management consultant on the following processes: production, validation and distribution of digital content (images, 360, videos and product information), in direct connection with our clients’ digital and asset strategies.
You will be responsible for the following actions:
- Drafting the specifications taking into account the business needs and functional specifications
- Planning the resources (human, financial and technical) to be implemented
- Monitoring development and proceeding with the acceptance phase
- Supporting users (drafting documentation and deliverables, running training courses, etc.)
- Managing go-live
- Supervising the process and running the project management team
- Running project committees
- Managing the client relationship
- Feeding back sales information
- Reporting
